国家主席习近在中央财经领导小组会议上表示，我国将做好今后几年的时间表、路线图，推进“一带一路（One Belt and One Road）”是指“丝绸之路经济带（the SilkRoad Economic Belt）”和“21世纪海上丝绸之路（the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road）”。习近平总书记在去年9月和10月分别提出建设“一带”和“一路”的战略构想，强调相关各国要打造互利共赢的“利益共同体（benefit community）”和共同发展繁荣的“命运共同体（fatecommunity）”。
