Gentle reminders
1. The symposium will beconducted both in English and Chinese. Simultaneous translation between Chineseand English will be provided.
2. Each session runs 80minutes，including 4 speakerspresenting no more than 60 minutes（each speaker presents 12-15 minutes），leaving 20 minutes for Q&A. The symposium follows strict time-controlpolicy in order to ensure active interaction between speakers and audience.
3. There will be awelcome dinner for speakers and invitees on March 30, 2017, time and venue tobe informed later in due course.
4. The conferencebrochure shall be available2 weeks prior to the symposium.
5. The registration isfree for this conference. Except the special invited speakers and guests, the costof accommodation and meals will be borne by the participants.
会议提醒事项
1. 会议语言为中英文，提供中英同声传译。
2. 每场专题讨论80分钟，其中主题演讲时间60分钟（每个演讲人不超过15分钟），之后20分钟时间提问互动。会议遵守严格的时间控制政策。
3. 3月30日晚上主办方安排会议演讲人和特别邀请人欢迎晚宴，时间和地点另行通知。
4. 详细会议手册将不晚于会议日期前两周完成并发送演讲人和听众。
5. 本次会议免收会务费。除特邀演讲人和参会嘉宾外，请自行承担食宿费用。
